The room sizes on offer
Four categories are standard: the meeting room for four to six, the conference room for eight to twelve, the boardroom with representative fit-out, and the training room with flexible seating for twenty or more. Allow 2–2.5 m² per participant, or nearer 3 m² for workshops with group work.
Technical checklist before booking
- Screen size and connections — HDMI, USB-C, wireless casting?
- Camera and speakerphone for hybrid meetings.
- Reliable Wi-Fi plus a guest network for your participants.
- Whiteboard, flipchart, moderation materials.
- Blackout blinds, air conditioning and sound insulation to the next room.
Booking, cancellation, catering
Most centres want at least 24 hours' notice and allow free cancellation until the previous day; late cancellations are often charged in full. Catering is billed separately — check in advance whether you may bring your own. Reception and signage for your guests are usually free but must be announced.
When a permanent room makes more sense
